Is the winter weather getting in the way of your workouts?  Frustrated with injuries that limits your running? Or simply looking for ways to stay healthy?  Join me on Sunday February 9th from 11am-12pm for a Pool Running Clinic at Glendon College Pool.  Learn the proper technique and get motivated with some simple yet efficient workout ideas.  You will be surprised with how effective pool running can be, while also being fun!  Cost is $15.  Space is limited.  Register by emailing me atrunningthetrails@yahoo.ca. 

Please bring a water bottle (no food), hair cap, water belt or vest is optional.  Arrive 15 minutes early to get changed and ready to roll at 11am.
